Patron Wizard is included as tribal defense, not as a table lock.

Azami, Lady of Scrolls is the cleanest SLD Wizard commander because she makes the tribe itself matter. The deck can play a fair creature game, then convert idle Wizards into cards when the board stalls.
If this ends up feeling too strong or too much like a draw engine, Arcanis the Omnipotent is the easier lower-pressure commander swap.
